Ceiling lining

Flat lining follows the pitched roof with a smooth fabric finish. Pleated lining has gathered folds from the ridge toward the eaves. Flat lining: white or black. Pleated lining: white only.

Inspection hides the outer roof and lowers the viewing angle. Fabric folds and fixing details are illustrative.

Canvas & hard walls

Left and right run along the length. Front and back span the width. Canvas bays have two 2.5 m pieces, tied at the centre.

Glass doors

Single: 1,195 W × 2,270 H × 210 D mm. Double: 2,440 W × 2,270 H mm. One doorway per selected side; wall panels form around the opening.

Floodlights mount on the uprights at every 5 m frame, including both ends. Ceiling fans are white. Hide the roof to inspect the interior.

10 HP air-conditioning

Planning rule: one 10 HP set per 60 m² of full tent area, rounded up. Stage and furniture do not reduce this area.

Each 10 HP set includes an indoor blower (1,200 W × 1,860 H × 518 D mm) and outdoor compressor (1,120 W × 1,558 H × 400 D mm), placed back-to-back. Quantity is an area-based planning estimate.

Banquet tables & chairs

Conservative planning: 10 sq ft per m²; standing at 10 sq ft/pax, banquet seating at 12 sq ft/pax, rounded down to full tables of 10. Stage, carpeted aisle and indoor aircon footprints are deducted before the table estimate; overlapping areas are counted once. Suggested quantity is also limited by furniture spacing and access.

Add banquet sets

Planning estimates; the layout also allows for table-and-chair footprints, door access and spacing. Final circulation and event layout require review.
